Our talented team are dedicated to ensuring all events are successful for clients and exhibitors and enjoyable for visitors to our venue.  Our team of experts offer a combined experience of nearly 90 years and hundreds of events and we share this wealth of knowledge with clients when delivering events at the Warwickshire Event Centre.

Chris Deith, Managing Director

Chris purchased the site the Warwickshire Event Centre is located on back in 1992 and he is responsible for developing the venue over the years from its humble beginnings to the extensive venue it is today.  He brings nearly 45 years’ experience of managing a wide range of events to the team (he was extremely young when he started!) and has endless knowledge of event operations and logistics.

Avril Spence, Event & Venue Manager

Avril is responsible for all aspects of the venue including sales and marketing and the operational delivery of the events we host along with the management of the venue. She leads the teams to ensure every element is meticulously planned and delivered to ensure success. She has over 19 years’ experience of event management and brings this depth of knowledge to all aspects of her role.

Jayne Mansell, Assistant Event Manager  

Jayne has a wealth of experience in the events industry and has worked for clients in various market sectors on a large number of events and some internationally. At an event she is constantly on the move and is known as the ‘Step Counter Champion’ of the team! Jayne’s passion for doing the absolute best possible for her clients has always driven her work ethic.

Becky McGrath, Assistant Event Manager

Becky is the chameleon of the team and can change her role depending on what is required. She can take the roles of operations manager, traffic control, IT support and forklift driver to name a few! She will manage your show right from the beginning through to the live event ensuring all details are met and kept to our high standards.

Harriette Walters-Hutton, PR & Marketing Assistant

Harriette is responsible for promoting all the events we host. She is very enthusiastic and will jump on board with all ideas to help to support your online presence! Her passion is digital marketing, and she is able to provide support for your marketing efforts both online and offline including everything from competitions and local press to social media content and more. In addition, she is also able to support her colleagues in various other roles.

 

Meridienne Exhibitions have owned the Warwickshire Event Centre since 1992. The venue was rebranded in 2018 from the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre.
