Exhibiting at the WEC
We look forward to welcoming you as an exhibitor to an event at the WEC.
Every exhibitor receives information from their event organiser, which will have been developed in conjunction with the venue. As each individual event is different you should look at this in the first instance for the specific details for the event you are exhibiting at.
This will contain specific information on the event including set up and breakdown times and security, catering, parking, passes etc. If you have any specific questions please contact your organiser direct using the contact information contained in the exhibitor pack.
The following information may answer general venue queries you may have.
Wifi is available to exhibitors at the WEC and a password is required to access the network. This is available once you arrive at the venue from your organiser or the WEC Event Manager.
As a stand exhibitor, our AV partner can assist with any equipment hire you need or technical help. For initial enquiries please contact the WEC direct on firstname.lastname@example.org.
No job is too big or too small and they will work closely with you to support all technical aspects of your event; design and visualisation, content creation and motion graphics, lighting, sound, video, set design and build, delivery and full technical production management.
Power & Equipment
All power and equipment orders should be placed via the exhibition pack that you will have received.
We offer a 200 seat mezzanine restaurant and also a ground floor coffee shop at events.
Depending on the arrangements for the event you are attending, the restaurant is normally open up to one hour before an event opens to the public to allow exhibitors to have their breakfast and get ready for the day ahead. It remains open throughout the visitor opening times.
Some events offer an exhibitor stand service which is a pre-ordered packed lunch delivered to your stand, so that even when you are busy you still have a chance to grab a quick bite to eat. Please check your exhibitor manual for specific stand service details.

Our gates will be open at the times detailed in the exhibitor manual. This is usually at least 90 minutes prior to the event opening times to the visitor. If you arrive early and the gates are not open, there are public laybys just along from the entrance where we would ask you to park and wait. Please do not park in the gates and block them at any time.
We have two entrances and would ask you to follow the instructions in your exhibitor manual and traffic marshal instructions when on site.
For passenger carrying cars only – we ask you to park in the visitor car park accessed from the Southam Road entrance on the A425. It is a very short walk from here to the venue exhibitor entrance.
This is possible and all vehicles must be parked in the rear exhibitor car park. Please speak with a member of the security team on site if you intend to leave your vehicle overnight.
The security provision for your event will be detailed in your exhibitor manual. For most events, there is day and night security in place.
