Is smoking permitted in the venue?
From 1st July 2007, smoking has been banned in all enclosed public spaces. Anyone found smoking anywhere within the venue will be requested to leave.
We have designated smoking area at the main entrance.
Can I use electronic cigarettes?
The use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited within the venue. There is a designated area at the main entrance for their use.
Can I bring my dog to the event?
Dogs are not allowed at our events however, the WEC welcomes visitors with assistance dogs. We would ask that assistance dogs are clearly identifiable. Facilities are available for assistance dogs on request.
Can I camp in the grounds?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this facility. The nearest camp site is less than 5 minutes away (2 miles) – please see www.harburyfields.co.uk for more information.
Are there catering facilities on-site?
We have a fully equipped restaurant on our mezzanine level, offering hot and cold food as well as a downstairs coffee shop.
Do I have to pay for parking?
No, parking is free of charge. Gates to our car park open a minimum of one hour before an events published opening time and are closed and locked approximately 30 minutes after event close.
What should I do if I require medical assistance while at the venue?
If you require medical assistance, please inform a member of our stewarding team or any member of venue staff. First-aid and medical staff are available at all events and will be called to assist.
Can I pay by card in the public catering outlets?
The Mezzanine Restaurant and Coffee Shop do not take card payments. Only cash is accepted.
Where do I buy my tickets?
Each event may have a different ticket ordering service, please head to our What’s On page for all the latest booking information by event. Most events also sell tickets on the day of the event so you do not need to order in advance.
